1. Warranty Coverage
Zamahoo offers a warranty for its products to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period for products purchased from Zamahoo is 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. What is Covered
During the warranty period, Zamahoo will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
4. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover any problems caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accident.
- Unauthorized repair or modification of the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at contact@zamahoo.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please provide the following information when making a warranty claim:
- Your name and contact information.
- Order number and date of purchase.
- Description of the defect or issue.
- Photographic evidence of the defect.
6. Repair or Replacement
If a product or part of the product is confirmed to be defective, Zamahoo will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If repair is not possible, Zamahoo will replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same model, or with a product of equal value.
7. Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product to Zamahoo. Zamahoo will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zamahoo's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under this warranty. Zamahoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product.
9. Changes to This Warranty
Zamahoo reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
